Dr. Mustafa Fevzi KARAGÖZ, a faculty member in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at our faculty, has begun serving as a working group member on the "Artificial intelligence methods for spectral data processing to solve food fraud and authenticity issues (SensAIfood)" initiative within the scope of the COST (European Cooperation in Science and Technology) program.
Our faculty member is also a working group member on the "Promoting Innovation of fermented foods (PIMENTO)" and "Network for implementing multiomic approaches in atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease prevention and research" (AtheroNET) initiatives.
